POSITION AVAILABLE: Chaplain Tithes and Offerings Fund (CTOF) Account Manager

The Langley Chapel has a part-time contract vacancy for a Chaplain Tithes and Offerings Fund (CTOF) Account Manager.  The contractor shall perform services necessary to support the Langley Air Force Base Chapel Community through the management of the Chapel Tithes and Offerings Fund.  Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working as a bookkeeper or have general accounting skills; desirable to have previous experience working in an Air Force Chapel as CTOF account manager.  Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration is preferred, but not required.  Contract will be awarded based on “best value” to the government.  Applicants can pick up the Request for Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), and packet of bid documents from the Langley Chapel Annex administrative office.  Three Letters of Recommendation are required.  Applications must be submitted to the chapel by 1630 on 21 February, 2017.  An interview by applicants with the Contracting Officer is also required and should be scheduled on or before 21 February, 2017.  Public Bid opening will be in the Langley Chapel Annex conference room at 1300 on 28 February, 2017.  POC for this request is Chaplain, Lt Col Daniel W. POSITION AVAILABLE: Protestant Community Coordinator

The Langley Chapel has a part-time contract vacancy for a Protestant Community Coordinator.  The contractor will provide support and coordinate all publicity for the total Protestant Community Program in addition to managing the Protestant Community’s volunteer database.  Applicants must have a minimum of two years experience working in an Air Force Protestant Chapel or a local church program.  Contract will be awarded based on “best value” to the government.  Applicants can pick up the Request for Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), and packet of bid documents from the Langley Chapel Annex administrative office.  Three Letters of Recommendation that contain contact information to verify experience are required.  Applications must be submitted to the chapel by 1630 on 21 February, 2017.  An interview by applicants with the Contracting Officer is also required and should be scheduled on or before 21 February, 2017.  Public Bid opening will be in the Langley Chapel Annex conference room at 1300 on 28 February, 2017.  POC for this request is Chaplain, Lt Col Daniel W.
